Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight of the products, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all NÜOBELL sets come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering any functional defects in the adjustment mechanism or structural integrity of the plates.
What is your return policy for fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to the heavy nature of the items.
